There are two projects thru the Town of Elkin's Recreation and Parks Department seeking BIDS:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CRATER PARK SPRAYGROUND
The Town of Elkin, NC is soliciting Proposals for Crater Park Sprayground.
Each Proposer is required to submit its proposal as directed below. Two (2) hard copies and one (1) digital copy in PDF format on a flash drive shall be submitted to the address shown below:

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and plainly labeled on the outermost package “RFP-CRATER SPRAYGROUND.” The package must also include the name of the bidder and the bidder’s address. Presentation boards and other materials showing the design intent of the proposal are acceptable.
Bid documents/CAD files are available by contacting Nick Armstrong at nick.armstrong@landworkspa.com .
E-mail all questions regarding specifications, clarification of the bid process or other requirements Nick Armstrong at nick.armstrong@landworkspa.com . Proposers are not to contact any Town of Elkin employee other than the one listed above.
A pre-bid meeting to permit the Bidder to clarify the details of the project and other requirements as presented in the project documents will be held at 3:00- 4:00 PM local time on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at the playground site at Crater Park, 310 Standard Street in Elkin, NC.
The Town of Elkin, NC reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time.
The Town of Elkin, NC is not bound to accept a proposal on the basis of lowest price, and further, The Town of Elkin, NC has the sole discretion and reserves the right to cancel this RFP, and to reject any and all proposals to waive and all formalities and/or irregularities. The Town of Elkin, NC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the items in the proposal and to award the contract in whole or in part and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Proposed.
