Information on Code Enforcement
The Town of Elkin has recently entered into a contract with Alliance Code Enforcement (ACE) for code violations. These violations can range from junked vehicles, tall grass, minimum housing violations, and everything in between. If you receive a letter from Alliance Code Enforcement, please call the number provided to speak with the agent assigned to your case.
If you have a code violation to report you can now file your complaint online through their E-Complaint link! https://www.alliancecodeenforcement.com/e-complaint or contact Brandon Emory if you would like to make a complaint.
